Night after night... Why do we have to do work for something we do not want to be part of?

It seems frustrating to lie about something not done and yet claiming accolades for lies and more lies.
Why do this at all ? why cant we say what we want?
Pretty upsetting to know that the person across the table is buying whatever u tell him but u know what u r doing is false and how will u tell him?
A network of lies??? is this what we are for? lies and more lies to cover them up. When the organization's moves are based on evidence gathered what does thew carefully concerted lies mean ? they do pay fr the same.
